Also according to Resolution No. 157/2020 dated May 31, 2020, corresponding to Shawwal 08, 1441 AH, and on the basis of the Foreigners Residence Law issued by Royal Decree No. 95/16, and the Executive Regulations of the Foreigners Residence Law issued by Resolution No. 63/96, this decision was based on three articles as follows:
 Article one:
The text of Article (24) of the executive regulations of the aforementioned foreigners residence law shall be replaced by the following text:
The residency of a foreigner may be transferred from an employer to another who has a license to recruit workers, provided that proof of the termination, termination or termination of the work contract is submitted, and evidence proving the approval of the competent government authority on the second employer's contract with the foreigner, according to the controls specified by the competent authority.
 The transfer of the residency of the foreigner entails the transfer of the residency of his family members who are joining him to the second employer when the necessary conditions for their residency are met, and until the procedures for the transfer of residency are completed, the responsibility of the first employer remains in place in everything related to the foreigner's residence.
