Please kindly note that, according to the executive regulations for domestic workers in Saudi Arabia, in the event of a change of work in violation of the contract of employment for which it was submitted, a complaint may be submitted to the Ministry of Labor and Human Resources Article Two:
An employer may not assign a domestic worker to do work not agreed upon in the contract, or to work for others.
Article Three:
1- The work relationship between the domestic worker and the employer is regulated by a written contract, and the Arabic text of the contract shall be used for evidence.
2- The contract and its translation - if any - shall be drawn up in three copies. Each of the two parties shall keep a copy and the third shall be deposited with the National Recruitment Office.
Fourth Article:
The contract must include - in addition to the other conditions agreed upon by the two parties, and in a manner that does not conflict with the provisions of these regulations - specifying the following essential elements:
1- The type of work that the domestic worker is obliged to perform.
2- The wage that the employer is obligated to pay to the domestic worker.
3- The rights and duties of both parties.
4- The duration of the experiment.
5- Duration of the contract and how to extend it.
