We would like to inform you that If your inquiry relates to the documents required to complete the marriage in the UAE, the following information:
Muslim marriage can be completed in the Shari'a court in the emirate where the husband or wife resides. The following documents must be present:
- passport.
- A certificate issued by a UAE government hospital in Easter.
- The presence of the guardian of his wife in person or the presence of a power of attorney issued by him in favor of a person residing in the UAE to approve the marriage
- A certificate of the social status of the wife.
- Submit a divorce certificate if the wife had been divorced earlier.
- Personal Photos .
- Two witnesses.
- A certificate of no objection issued by the embassy of the husband and wife if they are foreigners.
Marriage procedures for non-Muslims can be completed at their embassy or their religious authority.
