Please be aware that according to the UAE Labor Law, the worker has the right to file a complaint before the work and workers, and it is possible to leave work according to the text of Article (121), which stipulates that the worker may leave work without notice in one of the following two cases:
a- If the employer breaches his obligations towards the worker in the articles stipulated in the contract or the law.
b- If the employer or his legal representative assaults the worker.
