Tips and advice to gain weight:
- Increase the amount of food by eating 5-6 meals per day instead of 3 and increase the amount of food at each meal.
- Eat healthy and varied food to provide the body with all the elements it needs for the vital processes responsible for building the body.
- Changing the type of food eaten by eating the varieties that are richest in nutritional value among the food groups, such as eating lamb compared to veal, eating potatoes compared to other vegetables, eating mangoes, avocados, guava and figs instead of apples, and so on.
- Consult a doctor specialized for taking a harmless appetizer for the body.
- Eat natural and herbal products that help with weight gain, such as yeast, fenugreek, oats, thyme, and sesame.
 - Drink an adequate amount of water, not less than 2 liters per day, and do not drink water before or during meals.
 - Eat light meals such as dried fruits, nuts, sweet tahini, and peanut butter.

A healthy diet to gain weight:
 
- Breakfast: a cup of vegetable slices / 2 loaf of bread or two pieces of toast / two tablespoons of labneh or two triangle cheese or a slice of yellow cheddar cheese / a boiled egg or a piece of cheese the size of a matchbox or 2 tablespoons of chickpeas or 4 tablespoons of beans / tablespoon of peanut butter / two tablespoons of olive oil with thyme / a cup of whole milk. 
-Snack: 1 cup fruit cocktail with condensed milk / 6 digestive biscuits or 1 cream cake / a handful of dried fruit.
 -Lunch: a cup of cooked potato pieces / a quarter of a cooked chicken or a cooked lamb steak, or 90 grams of kofta / a cup of vegetable salad with tahini and lemon / a cup and a half of cooked rice or a cup and a half of pasta / 2 figs
-Snack: a cup of pudding or rice with milk or a cup of sahlab / a cup of fresh fruit juice
- Dinner: a loaf of Arabic bread or two pieces of toast or a loaf of french bread or a cup and a half of corn flakes / 4 slices of mortadella or turkey non-smoked or a cup of tuna with a spoonful of mayonnaise / a cup of spiced bananas with tahini or avocado with lemon and salt / a cup of whole milk in case  of choosing the corn flakes and its alternative 2 triangle cheese in case of choosing the bread
 -Snack: a cup of yogurt with cream / 3 dates or medium-sized dates / a cup of fenugreek sweetened with honey and mixed with raisins and oats.
