We would like to inform you that you can contact the company and solve the problem through them. If a solution is not reached, a complaint can be submitted to the Ministry of Tourism in Bahrain. If you paid money and it was not refunded to you, a fraud complaint against the airline can be filed through the police department or the Public Prosecution and request the punishment of the persons responsible for it. And request a refund of your money from them and compensation for any damage caused to you.
As according to the Bahraini Penal Code
Article 391:
Anyone who manages to seize a movable property or a bond or to sign this bond or to cancel it, destroy it or modify it by using a fraudulent method, or by taking a false name or an incorrect capacity, or by disposing of real estate or movable property not owned by him and not having the right to dispose of it, shall be punished by imprisonment.
If the subject of the crime was money or a bond to the state or to one of the parties mentioned in Article 107, this shall be considered an aggravating circumstance.
Attempt shall be punished with half the penalty prescribed for the crime completely.
