We would like to inform you that you can't work with a tourist visa so you can't file a complaint against the employer as you violate the law.
However, you can file a complaint against her and file a report as she took your passport as it is a personal document and no one has the right to take it unless he/she has legal order according to the law.
Note that taking the passport is considered a crime and the law punishes for that with fine of 20k AED, and the employee can file a complaint against the employer in the police.
