We would like to inform that It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to provide you with the following:
In accordance with the Emirati Residence Law, you must be aware that if you have a visit visa and have not applied for a visa to work, we recommend that you review the immigration, establish the affairs of foreigners, file an objection and file a complaint. In accordance with the law, you can leave the country without any penalties, If you do not have a request to transfer the visa, you will have to check with the sponsor or the applicant for the visa application. It is the best way to review immigration, set up foreigners, submit an objection and explain in detail to allow you to leave and stamp your passport out.
We would like to inform you that according to the residence of expatriates law in the UAE, overstay and exceeding the permissible period of stay is considered a violation punishable by law and thus if the person did not settle the residence status and pay the fine, then he will be subject to arrest and deportation and his name will be listed in the blacklist. And by referring to the executive regulations related to residence of expatriates in The UAE and to the decision to amend Article (77) of the executive regulations of Federal Law No. “6” of 1973, stipulating:
that the competent Naturalization and Residency Department shall collect a fine of 100 AED for each day in which the alien resides illegally. As the penalty shall be calculated from the day following the expiration of the non-renewable visa and the expiration of 10 days for the renewable visas and seven days from the date of issuance of the exit permit for violators of the Aliens Entry and Residence Law.
****Note that, the Nationality and Residency consider the 100 AED fine from the first day of expiration of all visa types even visit, transit, entry, tourist and entry permit to visit residents in the GCC.
Article 78 Of the same law stipulates that, except in the cases mentioned in the preceding article, the financial fine obtained by an alien for his illegal residence in the country after the expiration of his/her visa/residence permit, as it shall be calculated as the following:
· (25 AED) on every day of the first six months,
· (50 AED) for each of the next six months.
· (100 AED) for each day next to the year
