In order to cancel the family visit request, follow these steps:
Enter the Enjaz e-Visa services platform website from here.
After that, log in to your account on the Enjaz website by typing your email and password, then click on the password.
After logging in to your account, in the first option, type the order number.
In the second option, type the passport number.
In the third option, choose the nationality.
In the fourth option, choose the type of visa.
In the fifth option, type the code that appears in the image.
Finally, click on the word search.
