We would like to inform you that According to the given facts and for clarification purposes, we would like to explain to you,

The visa process for Bahrain is relatively simple. If the required documents are submitted, the visa will take no more than 72 hours.

Requirements for obtaining the visa to Bahrain vary according to the nationality, and it is always recommended to check the regulations and the system before travelling. Except for GCC countries (Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia), every nationality who want to enter the Kingdom of Bahrain must obtain a visa. Resident visitors in the GCC can stay for a minimum of six months and those who have a return visa to the country of residence in the GCC may also be exempt from visa.

Citizens of several countries can obtain a visa upon arrival in the Kingdom of Bahrain. These countries are: the European Union, the United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore and South Korea. All visas are issued for a specific fee, including first-time issuance or extension of stay.

As for other nationalities, a visa must be obtained prior the arrival in Bahrain, either through the Kingdom's embassies, or through a Bahraini sponsor, travel agent or local hotel. For tourists, there are generally two types of visas: visit visas and transit visas. Both types are issued according to the desired length of stay. Visas are given to applicants from companies which work in Bahrain, valid for two months from the date of arrival, and can be renewed for one month.

Transit visas are issued at the request of licensed companies such as hotels or commercial companies with a mandate to apply for the visa, valid for 14 days and renewed on a case-by-case basis.

How to issue a visa from local embassies: You can find more information about the possibility of obtaining an electronic visa at

and simply provide them with your nationality, the purpose of the visit, and your current residence.
