Hi I am an real estate broker working with Private real estate company. I have raised a complaint in labour court for unpaid commission due since June 28th 2021 by company - Labour office has referred the case to the labour court - I want to know the consequences of losing the case in court for some reason

As of now my employer has blocked my number, and has sent an email mentioning 12th of December as my last working day. Kindly advise on should I continue with court case or drop it
