Good Morning,
I was charged for driving under the influence of alcohol and the judgement stated that i should be deported, i filed an appeal and the judgement was thesame, i have filed the second appeal which i scheduled for the 21st of december 2021, please I need your legal advice as I cannot afford a layer at the moment and I dont want to be deported.

I think I need to mention the fact that I only filed d first appeal several months after d first judgement

Dear lawyer is required and if you do not have the cost of a lawyer, the court can assign a lawyer for it at its expense to consider the appeal and the objection, bearing in mind that it is better to appoint a lawyer from your side because he may not accept to file the appeal personally and therefore the right to objection is lost and clear
