Good afternoon Life Of Arabs. I need a legal advice and know my rights about what my company did to me. Firstly, my company HR go to my workplace on November 28, 2021 to said that my contract is Finished without any notice to me and I asked them about the reason and he said he don't know any reason. They forced me to sign the paper and told me that I will not get my Final settlements if I will not sign. So I signed it. And promised me that I will get all the End of service settlements after 2 weeks. But until now. There is no update no matter how I message them. Also my other problem, they let me get my ticket money for 2000 SR before the month of that contract. Without saying that my contract will end. I feel that I am deceived.There is no concrete update about my situation. Please I need a reply. My family is too much concerned about me.

The Saudi labor system has granted the worker the right to request compensation for arbitrary dismissal
It is a compensation whose value is fifteen days' salary for each year of service in contracts of unlimited duration
And the wage for the remaining period in the contract in fixed-term contracts.
The end of service gratuity is calculated at the rate of fifteen days' salary for each year of service of the first five years.
And a month's salary for each year of service in excess of that.

Here is the text of the Saudi Labor Law, related to your inquiry:
Article 77
Unless the contract includes a specific compensation in return for its termination by one of the parties for an unlawful reason, the party affected by the termination of the contract is entitled to compensation as follows: 1
- A wage of fifteen days for each year of the worker's service, if the contract is for an unlimited period
2- The wages for the remainder of the contract, if the contract is for a fixed term
. 3 The compensation referred to in Paragraphs (1) and (2) of this article shall not be less than the worker’s wages for a period of two months.
Article 84:
If the work relationship ends, the employer must pay the worker a reward for the period of his service, which is calculated on the basis of a half-month wage for each of the first five years, and a month's wage for each of the following years. Parts of the year in proportion to what he spent at work.
Article 85:
If the work relationship ends due to the worker's resignation, in this case he shall be entitled to one third of the award after a service of no less than two consecutive years and not more than five years, and he shall be entitled to two thirds if His service period exceeded five consecutive years and did not reach ten years, and he shall be entitled to the full award if his service period reached Ten years or more.
