Sir/MadamAssalam O laikomI am Joji Mae Arnigo I am working on a private company here in Abu Dhabi, I just want to as help, Our salary was delayed by 7 months now the company was not giving to us a salary because of our bank was suspended due to our KYC need to update and one of the requirements was POA we are on process right now but most of us cannot wait and they will stop work, we only want to grant the bank to release money for our salary so that people can have salary.Thanks, I hope you can help me on this serious matter of us.GOD blees thank youJoji

We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law that provided a legal protection for wages as below article states:
Article (56):
Workers who are hired at an annual or monthly wage are paid at least once a month and all other workers are paid at least once every two weeks.
Therefore, not paying wages on the specified dates by law is considered a legal offense with which a complaint shall be filed at the work and workers department attached to it the bank statement to show that the salary has not been received and then claim it through this authority. In the event that the complaint is proven, you may leave work according below:
