I have unpaid salary issue with my MD and we both...
I have unpaid salary issue with my MD and we both went to the police station, and he told the police that I should give him two days to pay which I say is ok with me,. But the police told me to come if he didn't pay me in after two days, the two days expired on Wednesday by Thursday I went back to the police station which the police called him but he refused to pick the calls.so the police give me back the offer letter which I gave them and they ask me to go to court Sunday or Monday. But I want to exit the country in two to three days and come back after my band because am on overstay.

What should I do because it important I exit in 3 days, if I start the case can the court give me a note that can allow me to come back in two to three months because of the band, or should I exit then come back to continue the case depending on my band.please advice me thanks.

We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law that provided a legal protection for wages as below article states:
Article (56):
Workers who are hired at an annual or monthly wage are paid at least once a month and all other workers are paid at least once every two weeks.
Therefore, not paying wages on the specified dates by law is considered a legal offense with which a complaint shall be filed at the work and workers department attached to it the bank statement to show that the salary has not been received and then claim it through this authority. In the event that the complaint is proven, you may leave work according below:
Article (121):
The worker may leave work without warning in one of the following two cases:
A- If the employer violates his obligations before the worker in the articles stipulated in the contract or the law.
B- If the employer or his representative legally assaults the worker.
Moreover, the worker keeps all his rights and end-of-service indemnity, the worker may grant permission to change the work authority without the need for non objection from the sponsor, and it is also possible to submit an electronic complaint by entering
