Hi, I paid 7000 dirham payment for a travel plan...
Hi,
I paid 7000 dirham payment for a travel plan which cost 10500.00 therefore there was remaining 3500 still to be paid. Due to financial crisis, I would need my money back. Can I claim it? I don't use any service until now because plan is not yet activated and 3500 still to be paid. I signed their service condition contract.

We would like to inform you that first you have to check the contract terms and conditions, if there penalty clause then you have to pay if you want to terminate the contract.
In all cases, you have to contact the authority that you signed the contract with them and ask to terminate the contract and refund your money.
