How to remove absconding

First: Canceling the Prohibition of Work

The Ministry of Human Resources has issued instructions on cases in which the escape notification can be revoked, they are as follows:
- The worker was on sick leave, maternity leave, periodical or absent for a legitimate reason and did not spend seven consecutive days from the date of expiry of the lawful leave or absence, as well as the establishment's knowledge of the location of the worker and the opinion of the competent employee that he can be summoned and attended to the Ministry without arrest.
- The escape notification shall be considered void if the worker does not interrupt seven consecutive days of work or does not meet the conditions set forth in article 1 of the resolution, which is the employer's commitment that he does not know his place or a legitimate reason for his interruption, In addition, if the employment relationship ends for any reason and has not been three months or more since its termination, whether the worker has a labor complaint or action pending before the Ministry or the competent court
Second: Abolition of immigration ban:
If your application is accepted and the work ban has been lifted, you can apply to the General Administration of Residence in order to cancel the ban imposed against you. An application must be accompanied by a certificate issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation that the work ban has been lifted due to the invalidity of the sponsor's complaint regarding the escape report.
