I want to know about amnesty

 With respect to the expiry of your visa, the law gives you a period of 30 days after the end of the visa, during which you either settle your situation or leave the country.

 If you have a ban or if you are banned in the future, it may only be removed after one year, and you may also go to the Immigration and Registration Department to take advantage of the amnesty and remove the ban.
