Article (10) which stipulates,

Likewise, the penalty shall be increased, with imprisonment for a period of no less than ten years and not exceeding fifteen years, whoever has sexual intercourse with a male or female without consent, or if the victim has a physical or mental injury that renders him unable to resist, or if the offender is one of those responsible for raising the reality He has committed the crime, or he was a paid worker, and the punishment may reach the death penalty, in the event of the offense of indecent assault occurring among incest, (according to Article 260), if the Omani law does not show mercy or tolerance in such immoral crimes that cause psychological harm to members of society.
