Hi can I please ask a question about Saudi Arabia....
Hi can I please ask a question about Saudi Arabia. A known elderly gentleman worked there over 5 years ago as an engineer but he was actually a draughtsman. However he did no other criminal work and was very sincere in his work. He was praised for his work too and rose to be the project manager. However, he could not prove the authenticity of his degree understandably. He ran away from Saudi Arabia. It has been over 5 years. Now he wants to see his children who live in the GCC countries. He does not intend to work as he is really old. Will he get arrested in the other GCC countries?

Since there is an agreement between the GCC countries to make extradition of wanted people in verdicts that ship by GCC countries.
Also, a ban is imposed against a person within all the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council if a criminal judgment has been issued against him from any of those countries.
We also advise the necessity of communicating with the airport police of any country in the Gulf Cooperation Council in order to ensure that a decision is issued to prevent the person from entering
