salam, I am sharfuddin, I am having a company...
salam, I am sharfuddin, I am having a company where i had a partner worked for three years. I have no legal contract. He signed and gave 2 blank cheques to clear outstanding values in future which i am having. He is living in india and spending no money and time which he is suppose to do 50 %. Now he is taking payments and not paying to me money. Now what to do.
