G,aftonon madam, pls my name is Banda Mustapha Am from Ghana working in Dubia, pls my question is brought my visit visa to Dubia n. And I got r job n dey transfer my visit visa to employment visa. I work for 10month n i resigned after e resigned dey ask me to pay for my cancellation as per e law, which is 175drm, bcs dey said is limited contact, i told dem am not having it now so i try looking for e money some so dat i can pay dem, wen i got e money to pay dem, now dey r telling me my passport is at e immigration now, dat dey hv putting absconding on my visa so” pls wat am i going to do now?

According to the UAE Labor Law and the Residence Law, the first person who has the right to file an escape report before the labor office and impose ban and deprivation is the employer’s sponsor.
