Hello goodevening .i just want to ask if i can put a case to my old employeer bcoz i made an immediately resign to his company. And now they asking me to pay 3000 aed 2250 for the remaining visa expenses. And 750 for the cancelation he took my passport and i dont have the copy of my contract . Pls help me .

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
