We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.

Have filled the case against the employer and labour has terminated me from the company but still waiting for unpaid salary and deducted salary but he never let me have rest of mind everyday disturb me with BCI device monitoring me and reading my mind, disturbing me with noice threatened me everywhere I go, even after a judgment in favour of me from the first instance court still not paid and I filled excution against him still not give me rest of mind.

Yes ma have visited police station several times to report the matter but the police never give me any attention.Even at the very first time everything started,i went to police station to report expecting the police to file the matter but given me psychatric hospital location to check on myself. I still have the location map send to me by the policeman on my phone till now.And this is the same police station that I was arrested and detained for 22days just because I went to company office to request for my Emirates ID and my personal ATM card and the company manager arrested me with police along side wit the PRO of the company lie to the policeman that my Visa is counciled which is not true.All efforts to explain to the police,the police never give me any explanation until I was locked up at the station,I even show them my Visa page on my passport but not answered me until I was locked up and my Visa not expired nor counciled still valid till March 13 2022 and when I later called 901 to report this matter then now forward me the case number under immigration case that I 152days over stay when am having labourclaim in court I was only terminated from the company by labour and the employer collect my Emirates ID card and my ATM card not give me till now and still disturbing me with emotional and physiological harrassment with noice threatened everyday and night.i complained this to labour I was told I still have case in court so kindly help me out ma dnt know way out for nw
