We would like to inform you that below are the conditions of the Central Bank’s initiative for real estate financing:
 1. The apartment must be registered in the real estate registry, not a valid signature
2.  It is also required that the beneficiary be Egyptian
3. The age of the applicant must not be less than twenty-one years and not more than fifty years.
 4. The initiative applies to middle-income and low-income people
 5. The income of the individual shall not be less than four thousand five hundred pounds per month, for the single person, and six thousand pounds for the family, for the limited income, and he pays ten percent of the value of the unit price.
6. At least the income of a single individual is less than ten thousand pounds, and the family income is less than fourteen thousand pounds for the average income.
7. Freelancers can also benefit.
8. Fifteen percent is paid as a down payment of the unit price, or twenty percent, and the down payment is determined according to the price of the housing unit for middle-income people.
