Please, the air filter socket why pluging it with...
Please, the air filter socket why pluging it with the head it doesn't work,ever as i put another one still thesame not working the engine doesn't steem, what is the fault and how to solve it for kompressor benz c class model,2001,2002 straight engine, pls I'm on the road i need answer now reply me immediately

It maybe 2001 or 2002 straight engine

No machanic said i should buy new air cleaner head socket that the old one is not working i did that still thesame the engine is not steeming but if i remove it ,is steeming well what is the fault and how to correct it

First you have to keep the air filter socket sure in your c 200 ....
Then you have to check the car via the obd 2 device
Third the possible fault is
1. The MAF sensor mass air flow sensor.
Or
2. The throttle body itself or the IAC idle air control valve
