Dear sir
We are working QBG company suddenly our company was closed. We had 6 to 7 months salary was pending (total but not continues) and our end of service also. Our company was closed which are informed by ministry of labour offcer ,they said your company was closed you guys do not go to the duty if you go to duty own responsible. After some days later some officer came to check our EID and mach the list which are bring themselves than again they came to our company said which employees have QBG services visa thise employees case was file in labour court but its long time we do not money for survive and they said case was file but we do not have any evidence of that so what we do?

Closing the company and terminating your services is considered an arbitrary dismissal. About your contracts being service contracts, the judiciary is the one who decides the nature of the contract. Therefore, labor rights can be claimed through:
