Hi,how to apply work permit visa for Malta?

We would like to inform you that regarding the Malta visa
 apply to the embassy or consulate in your country of residence.
You should apply to the embassy of the country of the main destination of the visit (the country with the longest visit duration).
In no case can the transit country be considered the main travel destination.
If the main travel destination cannot be determined, you must apply to the Embassy of the first country on your journey.
Documents needed:
Complete the full visa application form, signed by the applicant, use only English capital letters, answer all questions or your application will not be accepted. Minor children's application shall be signed by parents.
Passport or official travel document containing valid Omani residence visa (for non-Omani), passport validity (and residence visa) shall exceed the visa validity required by at least 3 months.
A clear photocopy of the personal data page in the passport and also the Omani residence visa page.
1 recent photograph (type the name of the applicant on the back of the photograph, please do not staple or stick the photograph, the background shall be light).
Bank Statement for the last six months.
Photocopy of the return ticket reservation (full page).
Photocopy of a confirmed booking of the hotel or invitation (full page).
Health insurance: - Covers the place and duration of your stay in the Schengen countries.
The minimum coverage is € 30000 including the return of the person to Oman in case of emergency.
The original insurance document and one photocopy shall be provided.
For non-Omani a letter from the sponsor and a copy of the valid labor card shall be submitted.
For business purposes:
Invitation letter from the inviting company (in Europe), the letter must be original or sent directly from the inviting company to the embassy by fax or e-mail.
For children and minors (under 18 years):
Authorization from parents signed by the guardian to allow the minor to travel (with or without parents).
Photocopies of the mother's and father's passports must be attached with the authorization.
 
Note:
The visa application must be submitted in person at the Embassy.
