If the lease contract is written in your name, it cannot be transferred to your brother’s name without the approval of the landlord, so that the lease contract with you is terminated and a new contract is written with your brother or it is possible to conclude a lease contract between you and your brother so that your brother is a sub-tenant and your brother remains a beneficiary of the property during the term of the original lease contract concluded between you and the landlord, where the Tenancy Law stipulates:
