How can someone get Qatar citizenship

According to the given facts and for clarification purposes, we would like to explain to you,
There are two ways of obtaining the permanent residence in Qatar means obtaining the Qatari citizenship.
According to the Qatari citizenship law,
Article 2 stipulates on, " By Amiri decision, it is allowed for the Non-Qatari to obtain the citizenship by the following conditions:
•        He/she must have been resided in Qatar for 25 consecutive years, before applying for the residence. Moreover, the applicant must not violate the time sequence of residing for 25 years in a row, unless for two months with a return intention.
•        In all ways, this period is deducted from the period of residency in Qatar.
•        If the applicant exits the country after submitting the application for more than six months, the Minister of Interior can consider the residence period as it did not exist.
•        The applicant must have a legitimate job or a source of income sufficient to meet his needs.
•        The applicant must be a good reputed person who was not charged with any final decision regarding a crime involving moral turpitude in Qatar
•        He/she must be familiar with Arabic language
Second way:
It is stipulated that, "By Amiri decision, it is allowed for to grant the citizenship for those who performed valuable services or those who have a special talent/qualification that the country needs. Moreover, those talented students who have promising scientific capabilities. Keep in mind that, for the requirements of the public interest, granting The Qatari nationality is limited in this case on the person only, with keeping the original nationality.
