I worked foe freezone company for 3 years and...
I worked foe freezone company for 3 years and contract ended on 28th October. And my visa ends on 24th November. I PLANNED to exit UAE on 24th November, but company has refused to lease me with my benefits and passport until 23 December, meanwhile am not working for one month so no salary for November and December too,how do I get my rights?

If your contract is for a fixed term and has expired, you are entitled in this case to receive all dues, otherwise you can file a complaint with the Labor Office
Your dues are the end of services benefits which is 21 days wage for
every year you worked. Also, you deserve compensation of one month if you were terminated without notice or warning before a month of the termination that beside the wages of the leaves you didn't take
