Hello doctor, my last visit in obygne i think 7 or 8 yers ago bcoz of heavy menstruation bleeding, the finding is normal but have a small cyst found in ultrasound but doctor said its fine onky small, im worried now mybe that cyst become big bcoz long time i didn't go for check up, now again i hv problem for my period i feel scared since lastweek a hard blood come out from me while i hv period, i want to know what is that d why is that

Treatment of heavvy menses
It is common problem affecting high percentage of females due to many factors and causes. Firstly, you can take PRIMINUR tabs twice daily for 21 days to stop bleeding in addition to Hexakapron 1 gram once or twice daily for days to stop bleeding. You can seek your gynecologist for further evaluation and for D&C biopsy
Investigations to do
You can do CBC for level of hemoglobin. Prolactin level and TSH level for thyroid problems. D&C biopsy as we said. US for uterus and both ovaries
