Aslam.O.Alaikum Sir
I hope you are doing well.i have question sir regarding my visa cancelation and fine.
Recently few days ago i complain against my company to Labor because company was charging me for visa cancelation.
So finally I got cancelation from labor but didn't get cancelation from immigration.
What if i don't go for immigration cancelation. Is there any fine ?
And if i have to face fine for overstay then can i reduce or finish fine .

We would like to inform you that if your inquiry is related to the request to reduce the fine amount, here is the following information:
It is possible to submit a request to the General Directorate of Residence in order to request a reduction in the amount of the fine by fifty percent of its value in exchange for allowing travel and imposing a one-year ban, by preventing entry to the UAE. The General Directorate of Residence will examine the application and issue a decision to approve or reject it.
The General Administration of Residence imposes a fine of one hundred dirhams for each day of residence in violation, and you can pay the fine in the airport upon leaving the Emirates and we also recommend that you review the General Administration of Residence before traveling to know the value of the required fine in order not to be exposed to any obstacles when leaving the country, and that the person whose visa is canceled must leave the UAE within thirty days from the date of canceling the visa as a maximum
