1. The value of the appeal fee is calculated based on the value fixed in the appealed judgment unless the appellant specifies the value for which the appeal is filed.
2. The appeal of judgments issued in cases of known value shall be charged a proportional fee by Article (28) of this law, and the fee may not exceed (10000) ten thousand dirhams.
3. A fixed fee shall be imposed on the appealed cases, which are not valued, as follows:
a. (500) five hundred dirhams for appealing judgments issued in urgent matters.
b. NS. (2000) two thousand dirhams on other appeals.
c. NS. The fee is reduced by half in all cases if the appealed judgment is in a subsidiary matter.
Also, a fixed fee of (100) one hundred dirhams is imposed on the appeal.
