We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Expat Law, if you had residence before in UAE and was deported due to a case and the visa cancelled and your fingerprints taken and there is publication against you at the ports, then you can't return to the country again and will be deported once you arrive to the airport.
If the deport due to an absconding report then you can return after a year from the ban decision, as the name will be removed from the ban system automatically after a year. However, the administrative deport due to case, the ban is forever and cant' be removed unless by approval from the Minister of Interior. As below article states:

A foreigner who has already been deported may not return to the country without the special permission of the Minister of the Interior
