Our tenancy contract is on annual basis and always...
Our tenancy contract is on annual basis and always on renewal on June 1st. It happened that our landloard decided end July this year to sell his property. In consequence he said that he put a notarised termination notice to our garage door - which we have never seen as we have been in Europe at that time (so, at that time we only got from him an email saying that he terminates). Now, he sold the house and wants us to evacuate with effect to end July 2022.
Question: by when do we have to evacuate the latest ?
Option 1: at the date he claimed to have given us a notary termination notice + 1 year (=July 2022)
Option 2: at November 10th, 2022 as this is one year from the notary termination statement he has sent us today by email.
Option 3: one year after the buyer has become formally the new landlord - and after he has given us notice.
We are confused ...
