Maam have indemnity in qatar law of housemaid

We would like to inform you that if you mean the end-of-service gratuity indemnity, so according to the provisions of the Domestic Labor Law, the employer shall, in addition to any amounts due to the  worker upon the end of his service, pay an end-of-service gratuity to the worker who has worked for a full year or more, starting from the date of enforcement of this law. This indemnity is determined by agreement between the two parties, provided that it is not less than three weeks' wages for each year of service. The employee is entitled to the indemnity for the fractions of the year in proportion to the period spent in the service.

 The employer has the right to deduct from the indemnity the amounts that the employee owes him.
