Dear Mr. Walid,I applied for equivalency of my PhD at MOE and for rejected for lack of evidence that I was there for Phd which is wrong.I was there for three years and went out for short entitled vacations or for scientific conferences related to the phd. I got even french passport fro staying enough in the country. I submitted my passport information clearly in my application and yet got rejected for that reason.Contacting MOE is hard, is there any legal way to follow up. any advice?Kind regards

In this case, you can seek the assistance of a lawyer or an agent who is authorized to refer to the Ministry of Education to complete the transaction on your behalf under the power of attorney and then send it to you in the manner agreed upon.
