I have credit card with cbd with With 12000 limit , I late the payment bank make me travel ban with Khalifa police station I go there I make payment for 12000 as they said I take release paper from al rahba Court and Khalifa police station .The bank ask me to pay 12000 I pay from Feb 2019 until now the bank don't close the card and need me to charges because the bank receive the money from police after 4 months until now the bank don't make update in credit bureau and he don't close the card how I can do complaint for bank to make update and close the card thanks .
