Article (113) :

Article (116) :
Lorsqu'un contrat est résilié par le travailleur pour des raisons autres que celles prévues à l'article (121), il est tenu d'indemniser l'employeur pour tout préjudice que ce dernier subit de ce fait, à condition que le montant de l'indemnisation ne dépasse pas un demi-mois salaire pendant trois mois ou pour la durée restante du contrat, selon la plus courte des deux, sauf stipulation contraire dans le contrat.
Donc, si vous voulez résilier le contrat, vous serez obligé de payer les frais de visa, le sponsor vous bannira et vous serez obligé de quitter le pays.
