Hi. I am a woman residing in Abu Dhabi. I have a dedicated parking spot on the 5th floor of my building but as I have to go up and down daily atleast 6 times during the day, last night I asked my cleaner if he knows a free parking spot(meaning nobody has yet moved in the apartment or nobody parks there) He told me a free spot and today for the first time I parked in the evening around 5pm at that spot as I had to go out in an hour or so and did not want to go upto my parking at the 5th. Unfortunately that parking was reserved and the security guard came upto my apartment requesting me to remove my car(around 6:30pm). I immediately went down with him to remove my car and apologized to the person for causing inconvenience. The person who the parking belonged to came down to move his car which was parked parallelly against my car so I could not move my car. The moment I saw the man.. I humbly and politely apologized for causing inconvenience and said I was not aware and will move my car. That man started screaming at me and started talking rubbish and when I politely asked him to lower his voice and calm down he said... quote "If it was a man, I would have slapped him right now" I was shocked, he continuedto say such bad things while raising his voice. He was extremely rude, screaming, insulting and misbehaving also while I was talking to him, he pushed his door open while I was standing and not bothering that he pushed the door on me. All of this took place in front of the building security guard who was tried calming the man down but could not do anything. I felt so cornered and insulted that I started crying as that man left his car and went away without moving his car & my car stayed blocked. This is unacceptable and nobody has the right to scream and abuse like this on another human let alone a woman. Please let me know my rights and which Authority can I complain in Abu Dhabi. Also will I be penalized for parking in his spot for few minutes?

Article 372:
punishment will be prison not more than 2 years or fine of 20 thousand dirhams
A penalty of imprisonment for a period of no more than one year or a fine or both, those who defame or insult another person in one of the public ways, in a way that shames his/her honor or his/her dignity without including a certain incident.
Article 373 :
A penalty of imprisonment for a period of no more than one year or a fine not exceeding 10000 AED, those who defame or insult another person in one of the public ways, in a way that shames his/her honor or his/her dignity without including a certain incident.
If a slander or insult is committed against a public official or servant in the course of or because of his work, the penalty shall be imprisonment or a fine not exceeding 20000 AED, or both.
If the insult is committed by way of publication in a newspaper or publication, it shall be considered an aggravating factor of the crime.
Article 374:
Shall be sentenced to detention for a maximum period of six months or to a fine not exceeding 5000 AED in case the libel or insult takes place through the telephone or facing the victim in the presence of others.
The penalty shall be a fine not exceeding 5000 AED if the libel or insult takes place facing the victim without the presence of a third party or in a letter dispatched to him by any means whatsoever.
Shall be considered an aggravating circumstance if the libel or insult, in the stances stated in the paragraphs herein above, is addressed to a public servant or a person in charge of a public service, during or because of discharging his duties or performing his service, or if affecting his honor or the reputation of the families, or if expected to reach an illicit objective.

Will I face any legal action or fine for parking in his spot for 1 hour? The person was not the driver but the car owner & the resident of the same building.
