We would like to inform you that termination of the employment contract during the probation period is the right of the employer not the worker, so if the worker left the work during the probation period without notice, you shall differentiate between two cases:
1. If a the contract is definite, the worker shall compensate the employer with a salary of half a month for a period of three months.
2. If the contract is indefinite, the worker shall pay a month's salary instead of a notice.
