We would like to inform you that if your visa has been canceled and you are still in the grace period with 19 days left, you may work with a new sponsor. As for residents of the UAE, the law gives them a grace period of 30 days, either to adjust their status and get a new sponsorship for them and their dependents, or to leave the country.  No fines apply during this period.
 
 If the grace period expires and the resident exceeds the 30 days, he will be fined as follows:
 
- 125 dirhams for the first day.
- 25 dirhams for each subsequent day.
- 50 dirhams for each day exceeded after six months of the grace period.
- 100 dirhams for each day exceeded after one year of the grace period.

I have 19 days left after my visa cancellations, In this 19 days Can work with the new company with out visa? They give me a offer letter as we'll.

It is permissible to work for a new employer, provided that the sponsorship is transferred to the new employer

My employer refuse bro return my passport after visa cancellation, he said bring the visa approval copy from other company either exit to other company, I got a job offer from another company, I don't want to tell him, I want to change my status in my grace period. Please advice me

 The UAE Ministry of the Interior has issued a decree confirming that the passport is a personal document that the owner must keep and show it to the official government authorities upon request. No party may hold the passport except by judicial order and in accordance with the law. The detention of the passport is punishable by a fine of up to 20 The employee can file a complaint against  the employer at the local labor office and even file a complaint with the police.

Dubai court Gave a Judgment to release my passport to the employer. when I go to the police station, the police called my employer, he said he will release my passport in the office when I go to the office then again he change his word and he said to speak to our local sponsor. I dint speak to him, then again I go the police station they called to come tomorrow, the employer called me he said I will send one lawyer to the police station with one document you have to sign, the document it's in Arabic. I don't have Arabic Knowledge. please advise me tomorrow I need to go there.
