Acceptance of an asylum application in Britain, if submitted, depends mainly on the person or family’s fear of death and perishing in the event of staying in the country. Therefore, regarding the submission of the application, it is either through visiting the Office of the United Nations UNHCR in the place of residence, but this method is not recommended at all because it takes a long time And often you are faced with rejection, so many follow the second method. It is to obtain a visa and then travel. Once you arrive by plane, the asylum application is submitted at the airport, and you will be detained by the authorities.
The airport and the investigation with you after placing you in a refugee camp and arriving at a decision, and after scheduling interviews to ask about the application and its objectives. If approved, you will be granted temporary residence, up to permanent residence, in addition to the fact that most countries do not differ much in terms of asylum procedures, and with regard to asylum, you can enter by entering
The country to which asylum is sought, and then requesting asylum there, and upon arrival, you surrender yourself to the police, and then they transfer you to a camp for refugees, and then bring an interpreter, reveal your identity and provide the reasons for asylum, and one of the most important reasons must be fear
On your life when you return to your country, and then you are investigated and interviewed more than once, and a lawyer can attend with you and seek help from a friend or relative if any of them is found in that country, as one of the most important factors that determine whether or not an asylum seeker can obtain approval, are His credibility and the extent to which his account is true, especially in cases where the asylum seeker is unable to provide evidence for these statements or narrations, as the statements must be consistent, coherent and compatible with objective information about his country of origin, and in order to recognize the credibility of the case, and then give Opinion on asylum and if God forbid the application was rejected, you can file a grievance against the rejection of the application.
