I have resigned from my current job and according to my company contract the notice period is 30days but due to shortage of manpower my current has changed the rule of notice period from 30 days to 45 days 1 week after my resignation and they are forcing me to work 45 days but my new employer is having urgent requirements so he cannot wait that much time now if I have completed my notice period according to the contract that is 30 days can my company abscond or terminate me without any settlement of gratuity and leave salary
