Hello, I am a 19 year old, Egyptian national that applied for a national Polish visa in order to study dentistry at Poznan University of Medical sciences. However, I just got my visa response today and it was unfortunately rejected due to not having sufficient financial means, for the duration of the intended stay in the territory of the Republic of Poland. I believe this was due to not me having a credit card by father's name mentioning the limit and instead just handed a document stating that there is in fact a bank account with my father's name that is completely made for my needs during my stay in Poland and hence why it was rejected. I tried asking the people at the embassy what shall my next steps be in terms of submitting an appeal and what further documents I need, but not much help was given. I was just wondering if you could kindly guide me with the appeal letter and help me figure out what documents I do need to submit. This is a really urgent case because my education has started and I was contacted by my university about being late and was given a second chance by attending a "half-course" which starts on November 1st, which I highly doubt I will be able to meet on time.

an appeal for a visa refusal, you should try removing the reasons for the decision of refusal first and then attach the following requirements:
1- The passport, valid for at least six months
2- Clear personal photos, such as the one on the passport.
3- Submit a bank account statement showing the account movement for the last three months to sponsor you with the expenses. In case of travel, it is better to open a personal account and transfer the money to be sufficient solvent. On the other hand, you should inquire at the embassy to inquire about the amount sufficient to cover these expenses and deposit it in your bank account or your father, but it is better to deposit it in your personal account.
4- Health insurance document, provided by the university
5- Submit the invitation and the university admission as well
