Need to transfer property as gift from one company...

We would like to inform you that according to the Federal Civil Law and the Civil Transactions for transfering the property then you don't need to file a case but it requires to make a selling contract and a waiver by the seller to the buyer and the contract shall be signed by the lawyer and with witnesses on that contract 
By that you can transfer the property without any other procedures .
