hello, my employee did not pay me end of service...
hello, my employee did not pay me end of service and few working months as well. I got sick because of covid and now he is not giving me experience certificate instead of it,he is writing that I did not work with him in those days when i was sick

We would like to inform you that if you were terminated legally, then the employer shall pay the ticket fees to back to the place you brought from. Moreover, you shall get the end of services benefits too. So you have to follow u with the complaint you filed against him in the labor office, then it will be referred to the court if the labor office couldn't solve it.
You can get temporary work permit to work in another company till the labor case is finished.

Hi, Dear,I resigned on 3.months notice period as i was sick.i sent my reports to him and ask for leave but he did not.keep forcing me to come. Then i resigned but even after resigned he did not cancel me and keep using my licence to run his clinic.now , he is not giving me experience and instead of that he is mentioning I was not working with him under some days.( he did transfer only 14 salaries to me thats why he don't want to accept i was coming to clinic. I STOP going to clinic after I resign before that i worked with him for 18 months
