SHE WAS DEPORTED FOR POSSESSION OF ALCOHAL , AND SHE WAS NOT TAKEN TO COURT , SHE WAS DEPORTED WITHIN 10 DAYS . I HEADS THAT GCC COUNTRIES SHARE THE FINGERPRINTS TO OTHER COUNTRIES. BUT NOW VISA IS APPROVED BUT STILL WANT TO MAKE SURE NO ISSUES BEFOR SHE COMES IN

the deportation happened in 2017 , and that time while deporting they had told her that you are not allowed to come to kuwait for next 3 years .. so u mean that this rule and generalisation has not practically in use now
