We would like to inform you that The travel ban will not affect your stay in Qatar unless your stay is a risk in Qatar. In this case, your stay may be terminated. We hope that you will ask your inquiry in detail so we can help you, and these are the provisions of the Qatari Civil Procedure Law:

Article 405

The creditor may ask the enforcement judge to order a city to be prevented from traveling, if serious reasons are caused by the debtor fleeing the dispute or smuggling his money.

The debtor can appeal to the decision ask for annulment, if he deposits the debt in the court treasury, or by providing sufficient guarantee, or finds strong reasons for its annulment.

Article 406

A previous letter of command for banning from traveling on a reasoned petition. The rules and procedures provided for in Part nine of the First Chapter of this Law shall be followed in its issuance and grievance.

Article 407

The issuance of the travel ban shall not prejudice the authority of the administration to terminate the residence of the non-Qatari debtor or his/her command to leave the country or to deport him/her, if such public interest is required.
